The morning will be clear and slowly turns to clouds in the evening. It is one of the best seasons for the trekking in Nepal. It is also considered as best season for climbing.
In summer/monsoon season, the average temperature of Kathmandu will be 15-35 degree Celsius. It’s a rainy season in Nepal. Weather flights and road transportation on some of the tourist part could be affected on this season. Some popular Trek like Upper Dolpo Trekking, Upper Mustang Trekking can be done in this season. It is also the best time to travel in Tibet.
In fall (autumn) seasons, the average temperature of Kathmandu will be 12-33 degree Celsius. It’s one of the best season for trekking in Nepal. Crystal clear weather and bright mountains view can be seen during this period of time.
In winter season, the average temperature of Kathmandu will be 0-20 degree Celsius. Due to the snow and ice, higher altitude trekking will be challenging in this weather.

Your required fitness level depends on the trekking/climbing you want to do. For beginner, you don’t need great fitness level, but you should be able to walk 10-15 km per day for trekking.

Almost all the tourist restaurant and tea house maintain the required hygiene level in Nepal. We don’t recommend street food and local restaurants as they may fail to maintain the hygiene. You can easily found non-veg, veg and vegan foods on the restaurants of Nepal. If you have sensitive health condition, take care before having non-veg, deep-fried and milk products.
What kinds of accommodation can expect during trek?
Normally, basic accommodation can be expected during the trek in Nepal. During tea house trek, you will get the twin bed clean bed for sleeping and during camping trek, you will get the 2-person sharing basis tent with proper mattress and pillow. But accommodation on luxury trek will be comfortable and well managed.

Master Card, VISA, American Express are the major cards you can use in ATM’s of Nepal.
