Chulu West Peak Climbing Overview
Chulu West Peak Climbing is The Annapurna region encompasses a full range of peaks suitable for climbing. The most renowned and beautiful peaks are Chula West and Chula East of Mt Damodar. You will climb to 6,419 m (21,055 ft) and view one of the worlds most gorgeous panoramic scenes including Annapurna, 8091 m; Annapurna II, 7739 m; Annapurna III, 7555 m; Annapurna IV, 7525 m; Hiunchuli, 6441 m; Mt. Dhaulagiri 8167 m; and Nilgiri, 7041 m. This climb can be combined with the Annapurna circuit trek which allows non-climbing participants to accompany the group and enjoy the world-renowned area. We trek through many areas and some of the villages we pass through prior to reaching our destination include Jagat, Chame, Dharapani, Leder, Manang, Pisang. A highlight of this trip is interacting with the local people and learning about their traditions and cultures.
