Shiva Excursion is proud of offering its services for trekking and tour activities in Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. Being a responsible local travel operator, our services have pleased thousands of travelers. They book our trips before they come and it lets us time to manage their trips properly. Our agency believes in quality services and with certain terms and conditions, which we follow strictly. 

Booking and Payments

You can book any tours, trekking and adventure activities in Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan through our booking form of website, through e-mails and directly via WhatsApp. We provide you all the required information, cost details, include and excludes. They differ according to your budget, length and activities. 

Once both parties (Shiva Excursion Pvt. Ltd and you) agree the activities and price, we send you the booking confirmation through email. It will be done only after you send us 30% of the total cost amount in our bank account, which is easy through bank or money transfer services.

Note: You should cover the bank charge at the time of sending. If the transfer process will be delayed or anything losses, we are not liable for this condition. If you are using IME or Western Union Money transfer, send us the receipt copy.

Total payment should be made upon your arrival in Nepal. If you use a card for the payment, you should cover the 4% surplus charge by yourself.

For Tibet and Bhutan, you have to make a final payment a month prior to the arrival date.


Trip cancelation Policy:

Once you book the trip with Shiva Excursion, we follow it in the formal way and we have some policies for trip cancellation of postpone. 

If you cancel the trip before 2 months, only 15% of the total trip cost will be deducted

In case of 1 month, 25% of the total trip cost will be deducted

50% of the total trip cost will be deducted in 2 weeks time

In less than 3 days, you will not be refunded the trip cost


Some Conditions:

  • Shiva Excursion will not responsible for some unavoidable situations like flight delay and cancellations, national strikes, emergency rules and regulations applied by the government of Nepal. In these cases, we deduct the expenses that will have been spent and refund the remaining parts. 
  • Our trips confirmation will be sent by an email, except day trips. 
  • You should let us know about your arrival or let us know if you have any changes, otherwise you will be the responsible one for the situation thereafter.
  •  Our agency will not be responsible for your activities you commit against the government policy or against the law. We can't refund you if your trip will be cancelled due to unlawful activities. 
  • Your travel insurance is a mandatory part, especially the trekking in Nepal Himalayas. Insurance helps you to be evacuated, and in case you don't have insurance, you will be responsible for the cost of your evacuation.
  • For trekking and peak climbing, you need permits and paperwork. We need to prepare it before your arrival, so you must provide your passport copy and photo before your arrival. If there will be delay, then we will not be responsible for that.
  • Despite all our terms and conditions, if some unavoidable circumstances arise during the trip, our guide (representative) holds the right to take decision and you must respect it. 
  • Until you book your trip, the company holds the right to change the trip cost and policies. 
  • We will be assisting you fully during the trip even if you have children in the group, however, you will be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances if they are under 10 years.
  • In the cases of trip delay and cancellation due to a sudden change of government rules, policies, restrictions, natural disasters and flight status, the cost will increase of the clients. In this condition, your expenses like accommodation, transportation, food and other expenses should be covered by yourselves. Thus, we recommend you to bring cash along for such emergency cases. 
  • If you feel dissatisfied about the somthing we promise, you can write a mail or call (01-4390857/+977-9851001893/+977-9843080007) from the spot. We will manage acceptable solution. Complain will accept as feedback after accomplish the trip but compentation won't be provided.
