You can enjoy the tamang culture and tradition on first day of your trip to Semjong. The praying flags, monastery, stupa and mane along with historical Dabjong darbar would have many lessons to learn. On the second day of trip, the jungle walk with magnificent mountains view will be more thrilling and exciting with possibility to meet up with wildlife likes Wild boar, barking deer, leopard, foxes and many more. This part will be equally important to track and capture the birds. Authentic Nepal Multiday Hiking Itinerary

On your arrival at Kathmandu International, the representative of Shiva Excursion Pvt. Ltd will welcome you at airport and transfer to hotel. You will get the all necessary information about your unique experience in Nepal.

In early morning, we will take a local bus from buspark and drive to one of the biggest tamang community in Dhading, Semjong. We will visit Monastry, Mane and historical Dabjong palace before we will have a dinner.

It would be one of the beautiful days to experience the nature. The magnificent view of Ganesh Himal 7200m and Mt. Manaslu 8156m will take some space on our camera. The green forest and chances to encounter with wildlife animals will keep exciting us until we start to enter the villages. The mixed community offers to experience the Hindu and Buddhist culture and lifestyle.

We will spend the day to experiment ourselves at traditional farming system. In every season, there would be different grains and vegetables farming going on. We will work/look at the traditional farming system and spend quality time at village. We will have further options to visit community school and talk with children and teachers.

Walking down through the different villages, farmland, and pine forest, we will reach to Lapang, a village on bank of Netrawati (Aakhu khola) river. We will take a shower/swim at clean and cold water of river to keep ourselves fresh.

After having breakfast at Lapang, we will start our journey towards another village Jyamrung. We will pass through the paddy field and small villages. As we are walking on lower land, we can experience the changes on forest and temperature while we walk through Sal forest. We will visit historic Jyamrung darbar, which shares the similar stories with Dabjong darbar at Semjong.

After the breakfast at Jyamrung village, we will have breakfast and trek for 2 hours before we take a local bus to return to the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu. You will spend your remaining day by shopping gifts to your family, friends, and relatives.

As per your international flight schedule, Shiva Excursion Pvt. Ltd will arrange you transportation to transfer to airport.

More Than a Trek — A Journey with Family - Shiva Excursion
I trekked the Mardi Himal Trek with Shiva Excursions in April 2026, and it was honestly one of the most wonderful and unforgettable experiences of my life.This was my very first time visiting Nepal and also my very first trekking experience. Everest base camp
Was a good experience with Shiva excursion. Arjun , who run the company himself came and made all arrangement perfectly. The guide he provide Aising is a very great , funny and caring person. I was down with Ams and he helped me get to doc and arrange all the coordination pretty well. The only point to improve is the tea houses they picked up could have been better but overall I am happy with the arrangement. They tried their best to arrange flight in lukla when it was chaos around due to one day delay as weather condition didn’t allow any flight to take off.Thank you Arjun for all the arrangement and wishing you luck.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Everything from the booking process to the trek itself was perfect. Myself, my wife, and two of our friends did the Annapurna Circuit Trek through Thorong La Pass. It was an incredible experience that I will cherish forever.We could not have done it without our TEAM. Sudip, our guide, was the best. His friendly nature and expert knowledge of the trails were a huge part of the trek’s success. Great experience on a custom solo trekking trip
October 2019 I did a custom solo trekking trip with Sudip for ~14 days in the Langtang and Helambu area. Also Sudip helped me arrange a climb to Yala Peak with a local Langtang climbing guide. Sudip was very easy to go with, everything was well arranged, he taught me a lot of things about the Himalayas and trekking in Nepal. He was very kind and caring- always making sure I had a good time and had everything I needed.Arjun and Shiva Excursion also made a great job planning this trip and making sure we had everything we needed - e.g. good sleeping bags and a solid down jacket - for a successful trip.I would totaly recommend Sudip as a guide and Arjun (Shiva Excursion) to anyone that would want to go on a solo trekking trip in Nepal.

EBC + Island Peak
Did a guided solo hike to EBC + Island Peak with this company a few days ago. Everything was smooth & hassle-free. I was well taken care of. Shout out to my excellent, experienced, & knowledgeable guide, Aisingh Gurung & to my reliable porter, Sujjan. Also very thankful for my kind sherpa up Imja Tse, Sanduk. Kudos to Arjun and his team!
